That lot is a privately owned lot. You may be able to work something out with the owner or at Juice N Java. You may be able to find a metered street near by. Meters are marked with parking hours and are enforced 24 hours a day. If you are in a lot that is open 24 hours you must keep time on the meter. We recommend getting a city parking pass at http://www.cityofcocoabeach.com/185/Parking. It is $60 for the year for non-residents but will allow you to park in metered spaces without fear of the meter running out of time.
Did we help you find a good spot? How about buying
the crew a cup of Coffee? This site was created to help visitors and is run and funded entirely by volunteers. Please consider donating any amount to help us out. :)
Do you allow overnight parking? We are staying at a local condo and they only allow 2 vehicles per room.
Thanks, Patty Race
